Blackened Turkey Burgers with Spicy Mayo

Blackened Turkey Burgers with Spicy Mayo are a flavorful and juicy alternative to traditional burgers. Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey (680 calories)
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika (6 calories)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (2 calories)

  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper (2 calories)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (0 calories)

  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise (360 calories)
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha (15 calories)
  • 4 medium Whole-grain burger buns (480 calories)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine without overworking the meat.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.
