Instructions

Prepare the Sweet Potato Fries

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potato into thin fries.
  3. Toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Prepare the Chicken
