  • 1 lb Ground turkey (680 calories)
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika (6 calories)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (2 calories)
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder (2 calories)
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper (2 calories)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (0 calories)
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper (0 calories)
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise (360 calories)
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha (15 calories)
  • 4 medium Whole-grain burger buns (480 calories)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine without overworking the meat.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the spicy mayo. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha until smooth.
  6. Toast the burger buns if desired.
  7. Assemble the burgers by spreading spicy mayo on the bottom bun, adding the turkey patty, and topping with lettuce, tomato, or other desired garnishes.
