  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder (2 calories)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (0 calories)
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper (0 calories)
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce (100 calories)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, almond milk, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated, then place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
  5. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and brush it with Buffalo sauce. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize slightly.
  6. Serve immediately with extra Buffalo sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
